Resta claro que desde a criação da internet, ao par dos avanços científicos e das recentes descobertas científicas em todas as áreas do conhecimento, o delta da limitação da curva das descobertas já acendeu além do sinal amarelo, o início do tempo do sinal vermelho de sua limitação de ação em razão de sua visível incapacidade de realizar funções que eram necessárias e ansiadas pela humanidade, tais como respostas para curas de doenças terminais, algumas se noticia estão já com resultados positivos, mas não estão ainda a salvaguarda de direitos autorais e comercialização de seus inventos e respectivas patentes.

Mas são especulações que sequer são relevantes, porque a humanidade desconhece ou se desinteressa por quem pode ter as soluções de seus problemas se não fizer parte com participação majoritária na respectiva solução, de modo que boas soluções ficam a margem do acesso ao restante do restante do mundo, porque boas ideias não bastam para quem está no controle, o fato comercial tem que estar envolvido.

Neste patamar, o debate entre ciência e fatores comerciais muitas boas ideias e práticas se perderam em prateleiras de história da humanidade.

Neste mesmo grau de limitação o mundo que controla seja na ordem social, econômica, política ou religiosa, indistintamente, tem verdadeiro pavor de quem tem as boas ideias e práticas, mas tem liberdade criativa sem autonomia financeira, de algum modo, sempre busca o boicote financeiro, porque teme ser seu horizonte limitado descoberto e falir.

São muitas as razões para limitar a iniciativa honesta e séria em favor da humanidade, desde necessidade de manutenção de controle, medo da inteligência, egoísmo, ou qualquer interesse menor.

Digo isto, porque só para ilustrar o Brasil, com dívida trilionária, precisa, assim como outros países com contabilidade negativa, de busca de outras formas de renda, que transformem novas captações de renda em superávit. Neste trilho, busquei e encontrei novas soluções para o uso da internet para além da limitação da curva funcional de inventos e, com  o uso de ativos que disponho contra o Governo Brasileiro, ofertei ao Governo do Brasil, que utilizasse, em sede de acordo, parte destes ativos, e, com isto se livrasse da dívida que atormenta as contas públicas, e, apesar deste pedido estar na prateleira há três anos com o Ministro Marco Aurélio do Supremo Tribunal Federal, (www.stf.jus.br  pesquisa processual argumento: 601848 seguido de AI 601848) não há nenhum interesse em buscar a composição para resolver os problemas brasileiros.

Quais são, pois, os fatores que levam tão elevada autoridade em não querer resolver o problema da dívida pública brasileira e resolver o problema do déficit público é um mistério que somente as opções que antes narrei e agora estão ocultos pode solucionar.

Deste modo, o encontro da necessidade de dar novo rumo a ciência e das comunicações da internet na solução de problemas virais que não foram nem tem condições de serem resolvidos pela internet da maneira como hoje prospecta, contaminada e poluída por interesses mesquinhos e comércio de bem e serviços sem sentido, ser alvo de soluções úteis ás perguntas até hoje sem resposta, e, como dito, sempre ansiadas pela humanidade, em o campo do conhecimento.

Ditamos na engenharia regras novas de diminuir as distâncias por meios mais eficazes de transporte, por exemplo, e, as propostas que existem para resolver e dirimir de vez os problemas de filas na hora do rush, estão muito aquém de estarem ao dispor da humanidade, ocasionando atrasos, perdas injustificáveis, e, o que é pior, faz parte do elenco de soluções que estão na prateleira aguardando autorização, somente não ocorrendo por pura birra ou incompreensão, enquanto isto, cada paciente em fase terminal, que não consegue chegar em um hospital e ser atendido tem como responsabilidade direta esta inconsequência da “burrocracia” ( a burocracia burro neológica, não tão neo assim).

Estou com proposta que não foi aceita administrativamente pelo governo brasileiro, na agu, por pura falta de interesse público (se tiverem interesse mande pedido nos comentários, que eu mando os dados), o que demonstra estarem os políticos além de incapacitados, distantes da população que representam, estando fora do alcance desta, não deveriam ocupar a responsabilidade que agem com irresponsabilidade.

Deste modo a curva do desenvolvimento que precisa ser quebra porque se encontra em sua fase limite, está desencontrada de sua nova funcionalidade porque emperrada por raposas arbitrárias e incompetentes.

Hoje tenho certeza que encontrarei forma de avançar apesar da incompetência instalada, mas sobretudo este desabafo que antecede a apresentação das soluções, tinha que ser feito, para ser compartilhado com a mídia, e, quando forem as pessoas responsáveis com o subdesenvolvimento saibam que foram avisadas e nada fizeram, sendo pessoalmente responsáveis pela crise financeira do País, o subdesenvolvimento, etc.
